How do I return an item?

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) It is a condition of delivery that the goods pass to purchaser only upon payment in full.
 
2) Buyers assume all risks and liabilities for consequences arising from the use of goods and services either separately or in combination with other goods, or from the use of damaged goods.
 
3) All claims in respect of invoices for goods supplied must be lodged with Flowers By Teresa within seven days of the delivery date. For return goods see the "Return Goods Policy".
 
4) The vendor is permitted to enter into the premises of the purchaser to retake possession of the unpaid goods in the event the purchaser defaults or commits an act of bankruptcy, or a receiver is appointed, or the company goes into liquidation, without prejudice to any other rights of the vendor.
 
5) Acceptance of seller's quotations shall be an acceptance of these terms and conditions notwithstanding any inconsistencies, which may be introduced by the terms and conditions in the customer's order form unless otherwise expressly agreed by the seller in writing.
   

RETURN GOODS POLICY
   
1) WARRANTY
Sellers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of goods supplied proved to be defective. Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the goods. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the goods for his intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an officer of Seller.

2) ERRORS MADE BY FLOWERS BY TERESA
If an error is made by Flowers By Teresa when processing a customer's order, the goods are returnable provided that:- (a) the goods are in a saleable condition (to be assessed by Flowers By Teresa). (b) The error is reported to our staff with in 2 days from the receipt of the goods.

THE GOODS MAY BE REPLACED OR A CREDIT FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE INVOICE WILL BE RAISED.


3) CUSTOMER ERRORS
If a customer has made an error when ordering, the goods are returnable provided that:-
(a) The goods are in a saleable condition (to be assessed by Flowers By Teresa)
(b) The goods must not have been changed from their manufactured state.


OTHER CLAIMS
Claims for short delivery of goods or damaged in transit will only be recognised if a claim is received on day of delivery.
